Til vores kundeserviceafdeling hos EG Silkeborg Data søger vi en dygtig og struktureret supportkonsulent, der kan hjælpe os med at levere fremragende service til vores kunder, da en af vores nuværende supportkonsulenter er gået på pension.

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du allerede kender vores produkter og er motiveret af at arbejde med kundesupport.

I kundeservice supporterer vi Silkeborg Datas løsninger. Vi yder primært support til vores kunders superbrugere og administratorer, hvilket kræver et højt fagligt niveau.

Arbejdsdagen foregår i et højt tempo i tæt samarbejde med mange interessenter. Vores vigtigste opgave er at sikre, at vores kunder får den bedst mulige oplevelse, når de kontakter os via telefon eller e-mail.

Dine arbejdsopgaver: Support af kunder og løsninger
Som supportkonsulent i kundeservice får du en varieret rolle med både personlige og faglige udfordringer på tværs af flere områder. Det er vigtigt, at du trives i et professionelt men uformelt miljø, hvor tillid, respekt, humor og frihed under ansvar er højt værdsat.

Vi har et stærkt samarbejde på tværs, og vi fungerer som sparringspartnere og inspirationskilder for hinanden. Det, der forener os, er vores ambition om at være de allerbedste til at levere fremragende kundeservice

Du vil primært arbejde med følgende produkter: SD Basisløn, Personaleweb, MinLøn, Medarbejdernet.

Du vil bl.a. arbejde med:

  • Yde sypport til kunder på dansk via telefon og mail om eksempelvis registreringer, refusion af sygedagpenge, flekstid, arbejdsplaner, ferie og fravær.
  • Opdatering og vedligeholdelse af retningslinjer og systemdokumentation.
  • Samarbejde med andre afdelinger om løsning af kundesager.

Du er den rette kandidat, hvis du

  • Har solid erfating med at arbejde med løn indenfor kommune eller region og gerne med EG Silkeborg Datas produkter.
  • Anvender AI som en naturlig del af dit faglige værktøjskasse.
  • Er kundefokuseret, serviceminded og kommunikerer tålmodigt med et smil i stemmen, så kunden får den bedst mulige oplevelse.
  • Drive og lyst til at arbejde med komplekse problemstillinger.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt, bevare overblikket og prioritere opgaver effektivt.
  • Vil bidrage med din viden som holdspiller i en specialiseret supportenhed.
  • Besidder fremragende skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk.

For our Customer Service department at EG Silkeborg Data, we are currently seeking a skilled and structured Support Consultant to help deliver excellent service to our customers, as one of our current support consultants is moving on to new internal challenges. Ideally, you already know our products and are motivated by working in customer support.

EG Silkeborg Data is a knowledge-based company with approximately 160 employees, located in Skejby near Aarhus. We provide unique, high-quality solutions to municipalities and regions. We develop and operate products within areas such as payroll and workforce scheduling for customers across the public sector in Denmark.

In Customer Service, we support Silkeborg Data’s solutions. We primarily provide support to our customers’ super users and administrators, which requires a high level of professional expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting Customers & Solutions
As a Support Consultant in Customer Service, you will have a varied role with both personal and professional challenges across several areas. It is important that you thrive in a professional yet informal environment where trust, respect, humor, and freedom with responsibility are highly valued.

Our tone is informal, the professional level is high, and we act as sparring partners and sources of inspiration for one another. What unites us is our ambition to be the very best at delivering excellent customer service.

The workday is often busy and fast-paced, and it is important that we consistently deliver a high professional standard to our customers.

You will primarily work with the following products: SD Basisløn, Personaleweb, MinLøn, Medarbejdernet.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to customers via phone and ticket systems on topics such as registrations, reimbursement of sick pay, flex time, work schedules, vacation, and absence.
  • Registering and administrating customer cases, including professional sparring with colleagues.
  • Collaborating with product departments on error analysis and investigation cases.

Your Responsibilities: Delivering Expert Support & Guidance
You:

  • Have solid experience with IT solutions within payroll from the municipal, regional, or state sector, ideally as a user of Silkeborg Data's products.
  • Use AI as a natural part of your professional toolbox.
  • Are customer-focused, service-minded, and communicate patiently with a smile in your voice, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
  • Have technical insight and the ability to see connections, allowing you to understand customers’ business areas, workflows, and terminology in order to quickly identify complex issues.
  • Can work independently, maintain an overview, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Want to contribute with your knowledge as a team player in a specialized support unit.

You need to Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
