Curious about HR tech, documentation, and SaaS – and ready to work on real product content instead of “nice-to-have” side projects? As our Content Developer intern, you will join a Nordic HR technology company where content and documentation are not an afterthought, but a key part of the product experience.

Based in our Gdańsk office in a hybrid setup, you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success. You will see how your content supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development, engagement, and retention. And yes, you will see your work go live in a real SaaS product used by both private and public sector customers.

What you will do
In this internship, you will focus on documentation and user-facing content that help customers actually understand and use our product. You will get support, feedback, and plenty of room to learn, but you will also own your own content areas from early on. If you like making tricky things easy to understand and you are not scared of peeking at a bit of code, you will feel at home here.

• Review and refresh existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Help maintain and improve documentation quality over time as the product grows and changes.
• Support the creation of product-related content such as feature descriptions, in-app copy, and simple how-to guides.
• Do basic desk research on HR tech and SaaS topics to understand context and improve explanations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to turn technical ideas into simple, friendly content.

What you bring
We care a lot about your curiosity, structured thinking, and willingness to learn more than a long list of previous jobs. You might be a student or recent graduate who enjoys writing, likes technology, and wants to see how a modern SaaS product works under the hood. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be open to technical details and unafraid to ask “why” and “how” questions.

• Studies in languages, IT, product, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Very strong written English with a focus on structure, clarity, and straightforward language.
• Innovative mindset and experience using AI tools to brainstorm, draft, or improve content.
• Self-driven, motivated style of working and ability to move tasks forward with guidance instead of micromanagement.
• Interest in digital products, SaaS, or HR tech and a genuine desire to understand how product features work.
