Job Title: API Manufacturing Professional – Sterilization
Do you want to play a vital role in producing life-changing medicines? Join our API IO M2 Fermentation I Support team and contribute to high-quality biochemical production in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. This is your opportunity to grow your expertise while supporting processes that directly impact patient lives.

Your new role
As an API Manufacturing Professional, you will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for operating and maintaining production processes in a GMP-regulated environment. You will work hands-on with advanced manufacturing systems and contribute to continuous improvements across the production value chain. As a supporter within the Sterilization group, your key responsibilities include:

  • Perform sterilization procedures in a fermentation production facility.
  • Preparing media, buffers, and solutions to support production processes
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying process deviations and contributing to troubleshooting and continuous improvements

Your new department
You will join the M2 Fermentation I department, part of our API Manufacturing organisation, where we focus on fermentation and upstream production processes. The department operates in a collaborative and quality-driven environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience or interest in the fermentation process.
  • Knowledge of GMP and standard operating procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits:The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
