Master’s Thesis – OSBP Inhibitors

DTU

  • Synthesized and characterized 17 OSBP inhibitor analogues as part of a structure–activity relationship study.

  • Used LC-MS and NMR regularly for reaction monitoring, identity confirmation, characterisation and troubleshooting.

  • Worked systematically with chemical and biological assay data to interpret results, identify possible explanations for unexpected findings and guide next experimental steps.

    • • Documented synthetic procedures, analytical results and conclusions in a structured scientific report.
