Welcome to Service Operations APAC Competence Centre
You’ll be part of Global ServiceNow team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring both the stable operations and continuous development of the platform to enable the full potential of ServiceNow. You’ll learn to operate as a Junior Developer, collaborating and dialoguing with you Seniors, Global end-users, and other stakeholders. As a team we are a positive, innovative, and supportive group, working and learning together as well as helping everybody to be a success.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • engaging in end-to-end design and documentation of processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
  • identification, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the ServiceNow platform
  • learning new skills and implementing them as part of your day-to day work
  • operating in an Agile delivery model while collaborating with the product owner, scrum master, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • enabling seamless Stakeholder Experience by providing timely and proactive operational assistance in a Global environment.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have basic knowledge of Structured Programming Concepts
  • have worked with Javascript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and have an understanding of cloud applications
  • always comply to code with best practices and guidelines and take responsibility to deliver your initiatives by the expected timelines
  • are fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and analysing skills, with and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • are a proactive team player with a real hunger to learn, customer and results-oriented mindset, and can-do attitude.
