We are making substantial investments to enhance our Cloud maturity, and we are seeking a skilled IT Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

Your Role
As the IT Solution Architect - Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our Identity and Access Governance strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and developing the Identity and Access Governance strategy, creating comprehensive procedures, and ensuring effective documentation.
• Providing insights for the development of IAM policies, standards, and processes aligned with business objectives, security concerns, strategic direction, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop, review, and maintain a backlog of strategic and tactical IAM initiatives, focusing on risk reduction, increased usability, and operational effectiveness.
• Assisting in the automation of policy management, enforcement, and lifecycle management using industry-standard tools and platforms.
• Creating business cases, narratives, and assessing the architectural implications of new or revised solutions, presenting findings to a diverse group of stakeholders spanning business and IT functions.

You Identify Yourself With

• Ability to balance information security risks with business opportunities.
• "Can-do" attitude and solution-oriented approach, assuming accountability and addressing challenges proactively.
• Deep knowledge of Information Security frameworks and best practices concerning IAM, including standards like NIST, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other security frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of Hybrid identity setup, Azure AD and Active Directory Domain Services, Identity Governance, Cloud applications IAM governance, IT security, and risk management.
• Expertise in creating conceptual, logical, physical, process, and information designs.
• Fluency in English.
