We are rapidly growing our global business in the defence market and are looking for new colleagues to join our Technical Documentation department as Technical Publication Writers.
Responsibilities
Our Technical Publications Writers work in close cooperation with in-house technical departments to produce manuals for operation, maintenance and repair of our Integrated Communications System TactiCall.
The Technical Documentation department also works closely with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and training teams to fulfil project-specific customer requirements.
The subject matter of our technical publications concentrates mainly around military and civilian communication systems and network technology.
Profile
We are a multi-domestic company acting in a global environment and are looking for candidates who:
- are good communicators
- have a structured, problem-solving approach
- are able to work in project teams
- are willing to travel, if necessary
- have an affinity to working in a technical environment
- have a high proficiency level in our company language English
- are passionate about learning new skills.
Danish language skills are a plus but not a requirement.
Role and Preferred Qualifications
A successful candidate for a senior role will have knowledge of/experience in:
- ILS and/or S-series standards (especially S1000D)
- XML-based content management systems with modular technical documentation
- Simplified Technical English (STE)
- Creating, editing and updating technical documentation
- Proofreading and reviewing technical documentation
- Reviewing customer requirements and other tender documents
- Project management & process management
- Military or civilian communications systems
- Terminology work
- Interpreting complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and or specifications

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
