Overview
PRODUCT COST CALCULATOR ENGINEER

For Product management and production department, we are looking for a new Cost Calculator engineer within our Tissue machinery technology unit. The Product management function consists of 12 employees, and we work with everything from development and standardization to verification of products and deliveries. A part of the role will be also analysis of cost for the production department and support team leaders with cost follow-up analysis.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Follow up the cost development for Tissue machine products.
• Create and manage cost base for products.
• Support other departments with information regarding product cost.
• Identify and propose cost improvements projects.
• Participate in development projects with focus on cost.
• Follow up on department cost (absorption vs cost)
• Analysis of outcome of absorption/cost deviations in Power BI
• Manage production hourly rates for all departments by keeping cost base and Normal year hours base updated.
• Full year absorption and cost analysis
• Support production leaders with follow up analysis in Anaplan (HC/cost)
• Lead budget work for Production
• KPI management of Production
• Support Heavy Factory work (in-sourcing of work outside Tissue BU)
• Have knowledge in production planning in Delfoi /LN

Systems skills that are needed in the position is:

• ERP system as Baan, Infor LN, PDM
• Advanced excel including basic programming in Visual Basic
• Power BI
• Products management knowledge, what is equal, different and what is unique.
