About the role
We are looking for a Communications Consultant who can help us drive and support our communication activities across all channels. You will join a dedicated Communications team consisting of three professionals and a student. As our new colleague, you'll have ample opportunities to boost the engagement and behaviour of our people and support the execution of our business strategy by ensuring access to timely, relevant, and transparent information.

You will have varied workdays, with a wide range of tasks and broad contact with the organisation. You will manage different hands-on internal and external communications tasks, and your role will be key in developing and driving our Social Media strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram.

How you might spend your days
As a Communications Consultant you’ll:

• Support our Communication Manager in translating corporate strategy into engaging and meaningful communication by creating content such as articles, slide decks, videos and more.
  
• Develop and drive our Social Media strategy and plan and produce content.
  
• Monitor data across all communications channels (SoMe, web and intranet).
  
• Support HR on Employer Branding by creating content, running campaigns and driving internal activities.
  
• Provide ad hoc sparring and be hands-on with internal and external communication and branding tasks.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• A relevant academic education (e.g., a master’s degree in Communications or Journalism).
  
• Hands-on experience with primarily internal but also external communications and SoMe.
  
• Excel in establishing relationships at all levels of the organisation and have a high level of drive and self-motivation.
  
• High acumen in our corporate language English, both written and spoken.
