Join Our Team: Be Our New Cybersecurity Process Manager

Are you looking for a meaningful role in cybersecurity? GlobalConnect wants you! We're searching for a Process Manager ready to dive into the cybersecurity world with our forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do:
You will play a central role in our cybersecurity initiatives, participating in the development and upkeep of our secure services. Your ability to see the big picture and focus on details will be key in keeping our defences strong. Your job? To ensure we follow NIS2 regulations by improving and maintaining our information security processes. You'll be a big part of our future in cybersecurity, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve and keep our data safe. You should probably enjoy making processes and routines and facilitating their implementation throughout the organization.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring our cybersecurity measures meet NIST 800-53 and NIS2 standards.
• Closing gaps in our processes and making sure we're compliant.
• Offering your expertise in security architecture and compliance.
• Communicating security needs to different parts of the business in a clear way.
• Playing a crucial role in project deliveries and specifications.

Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to take initiative, is attentive to fine details, and grows when working collaboratively with others. Effective communication and the ability to work well with others are must-haves. Being eager to learn and improve is just as important as your experience.

What You Need to Join:

• A bachelor's degree in something relevant like computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering.
• Experience in telecom processes, information security, and related regulations. Plus, a readiness to get up to speed with NIST 800-53 and NIS2.
• Good Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Good proficiency in English and a Nordic language, since you'll be dealing with documents in these languages.
