On behalf of an international women's fashion company, Randstad is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing plans for the brand across Nordic retailers.

Your key responsibility is to establish a strong presence both in-store and online. You will support the full wholesale process from B2B to B2C and collaborate closely with your colleague to coordinate and execute marketing activity, ensuring alignment with brand marketing plans. With the marketing team, you will build relevant and localized B2C marketing plans, either in-store, digital, or a combination.

In close collaboration with the sales team, you will develop and implement marketing plans and support the sell-in of new products, concepts, and campaigns, including events. You will focus on key accounts and ensure effective on-brand communication both in-store and online.

our main tasks will include:
-Building strong professional relationships with retailers and communicating the media approach to key accounts
-Building simple, tailor-made marketing plans for key accounts, either digital or in-store
-Supporting the sales team with the full wholesale process from B2B to B2C
-Managing and delivering B2B communication tools (B2B digital newsletter, communication tools such as digital banners on B2B portal, catalog & flyer printing)
-Coordinating marketing plans with the visual merchandising team
-Budget management, calculating and communicating ROI, and running seasonal sell-in analysis
-Guiding all internal counterparts through marketing plans

We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate, preferably with experience in retail or visual merchandising. In this role, you will have travel activity within the Nordics to visit retailers.

The ideal candidate has great planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Flexibility: 2 days working from home weekly and 3 days at the office.
