Are you good at coordinating projects and managing stakeholders to ensure focus on strategic priorities and efficient execution? Do you want to play a central role in developing our future Container Closure Integrity (CCI) setup for diabetes and obesity products in Novo Nordisk?

Then you might be the right candidate for a job as Project Manager in our Analytical Competence Centre.

The Position
We are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager to be part of the journey of implementation of new technologies and methods for CCI from early phase to decommissioning.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Working on projects across teams and departments, supporting the development of new CCI methods.
  • Contribute with project overview, coordination, and be a part of the general strategy.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensuring and facilitating efficient execution of development projects in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with scientists, managers and other project managers to share knowledge and experience contributing to the common CCI strategy.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we expect you to have:

  • A Master of Science degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, project management or similar.
  • Started your project management journey within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of process in developing analytical methods.
  • Understanding of LEAN principles and ability to apply LEAN concepts is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration- and communication skills as well as stakeholder management.
  • A team-player attitude that motivates others around you and you find it natural to establish new relationships across teams and departments.
  • Structured and able to keep an overview of several projects at the same time.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, and if you do not yet speak Danish, you have the willingness to learn.

About the department
Analytical Competence Centre is a department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development and consists of plus 50 employees organized in 3 teams. We have a central support function in relation to chemical analysis of Novo Nordisk injectable finished products under development, as well as our marketed products. The department is responsible for validation of analytical methods before clinical phase 3 and for the following transfer of the analytical methods to our QC laboratories across the world. We also support our colleagues globally with analytical knowledge and scientific help as well as drive optimization through innovation. We strive to do all of this in a collaborative environment of joy and curiosity in our department.
