Scrum Master - IAM (Identity and Access Management)

Role overview:
As a Scrum Master in the IAM area, a part of Cyber Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile development practices within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient project execution and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to work with a strategic customer on a long-term engagement, as they embark on their fifth year of an exciting agile development initiative. The role requires physical presence in our Søborg office.
Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, keeping the team focused and ensuring that everyone can contribute.
• Provides coaching and mentoring in the agile mindset and execution process to the team if needed.
• Ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the agile processes and practices.
• Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
• Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
• Resolve or escalate impediments raised by the team.
• Establishing and continuous updates of the Iteration board
• Ensuring reporting and transparency of the Teams progress
• Help with onboarding new resources to the teams.
• Assist with activities not managed on the Iteration Board e.g. time registration.
• Ensure compliance with agreed standards, e.g. Aeven Quality Management System when facilitating definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering).
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a IT Service Management environment.
• Accustomed to using Azure Devops platform as an Agile tool.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills.
• You have a sociable nature, a strong drive, and you’re proactive in collaborating with your colleagues.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to help team decision-making.
• Written and spoken Danish on a professional level is a must
