We seek a Security Operations Engineer who wants to play an essential role in our security transformation! As a key member of our Security Operations team, you'll be the Swiss army knife, shaping the future of our security practices. This role offers the chance to take ownership, enhance our technology stack, and contribute to exciting project work and forensics.

At Scalepoint, we have an excellent IT Operations Department, consisting of our Security Operations, Digital Workplace, and the Cloud and Infrastructure team, all very skilled professionals who enjoy working in a challenging and inspiring environment. You will be part of a dynamic setting where teamwork thrives, and everyone is dedicated to providing the best platform for our customers.
IT Operations are pivotal in Product and IT, alongside Product Management, IT Services, and IT Development, with team members based in Denmark and Poland.
What kind of geek are you?
At Scalepoint, we embrace your inner geek and passion for tech, security, and having fun. While you may not tick every box, your curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies matter most. Familiarity with the following is a plus:
- Platforms; Azure, Hyper-V, Kubernetes
- Networks; ZTNA, FortiGate, F5,
- Business Continuity; Veeam
- Operating Systems; Windows server, Linux
- Identity; Active Directory, Entra, PIM/PAM, MFA
- Clients; Intune, Desktop Central, FortiClient
- Security; SIEM/SOAR/XDR/IR and MITRE ATT&CK
As a person, you are:

- Security-conscious, govern, protect, detect and respond
- Strong in collaboration and communication
- Proficient in English and Danish
