About the job
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and your other colleagues to scale the Swedish market and assume responsibility for further scaling our business. We presume that you already are capable of handling the entire sales process from prospecting to first contact with the decision maker, on to pitching and closing the deal.

You will be talking to potential customers through your own prospecting, and through scheduled meetings by the Business Development representatives.

You will handle both new sales and cross- and up-sales in cooperation with the Customer Success Manager.

It is essential that you have strong sales and negotiation skills, and that you can adapt to the different personalities that you meet during the sales process.

The ideal candidate

  • You speak Swedish and English fluently
  • You have a + 2 years of proven track record from value-based sales to B2B clients – preferably within SaaS solutions
  • E-commerce experience is definitely a plus
  • You know how to ask and listen – and only then demonstrate the capabilities of your product
  • You are used to challenging your prospects
  • You work independently and set high standards for yourself
  • You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM
  • You know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace
  • You like to listen to music and perhaps even have fun with your colleagues on Fridays
