We are on the lookout for a Charge Point Reliability Engineer
Join our CPI team in Copenhagen.
What is a Charge Point Reliability Engineer, you might be asking? Imagine someone with the attitude and mindset of a Site Reliability Engineer, but focused on the network of all the different Charge Points connected to Monta.

As a CPRE at Monta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of Monta's EV management platform for our valued customers. You take pride on ensuring things run smoothly, so you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to the platform's deployment and usage. Your keen analytical skills will be instrumental in finding patterns in these issues and working towards improving the overall efficiency of the charging experience.

Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

(Some of) the things you will be working on:

• Take ownership of our Charge Point Infrastructure dashboards, metrics and logs, to analyze patterns, detect issues and improve the overall efficiency and user experience of EV charging.
• Define, tune and react to automated alerts, acting as a first responder by identifying and addressing issues related to the implementation of Monta's EV management platform.
• Leveraging your programming experience, contribute to backend implementations and enhancements of Monta's software.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that Monta's features are working as expected, fostering a seamless charging experience for our users.
• Communicate with charge point vendors to address firmware issues when needed, ensuring a continuous improvement of the technical capabilities of our supported hardware.

The Role & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with programming (Kotlin and PHP preferred) and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-based distributed architectures and their monitoring and management.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proactive and motivated, with a passion for sustainable technology.

The salary range for this role is 45000 - 50000 dkk depending on level of experience.
