About the Role:
We are looking for people to work in our Health and Medical business unit as part of a regional master data team in one of our Nordic locations. As a solution specialist your responsibilities include creating and maintaining both customer and master data in SAP S/4 HANA. In addition, you will be responsible for the pricing process making sure that prices are updated into SAP on time. You will also be responsible for price claims investigation. You are also expected to develop processes and the future way of working. In this role you get to work with the latest IT systems serving both internal and external customers. You will work in close co-operation with different internal stakeholders including customer service, sales, marketing and our warehouses.

• You have some experience in customer service and in maintaining master data.
• You are a pro-active, self-driven team player with a positive attitude towards change.
• You are organized, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in dynamic environments
• You are comfortable to ask your colleagues for help or advice; it’s a great way to work together and learn from each other
• You enjoy working at a higher pace where you proactively identify solutions to be able to ensure high efficiency as well as quality in your work.

Your education and experience:

• Experience working with SAP R/3, S/4 HANA or C/4.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel
• Ability to communicate in English. Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish or Danish is considered an advantage.
• Completed university education with focus on business or similar.
• Experience of working in customer service and knowledge of the order to cash processes.
