About your role:
As a Finance Controller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You'll be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes. You will also be collaborating with our Strategy and M&A colleagues taking part in both short- and long-term projects, crucial for the business.
Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:
- Financial controlling of various accounting areas.
- Analyse and prepare financial data and reports to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Optimization of processes and internal controls, including implementation and updating of standard operations procedures.
- Support with M&A projects including performing tasks related to integration and separation of Businesses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in accounting. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Minimum of 3-6 years of complex accounting experience ideally from a complex organisation
- The ability to thrive in a very dynamic organisation under constant change.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with full proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
