Our MDM & Quality Solutions Department is a small, yet ambitious, multinational team dedicated to making the STEP platform the company’s single source of truth for complete, accurate, and transparent product and customer master data. Partnering actively with stakeholders, we provide innovative and technically sustainable solutions to support the growth and sustainability goals of Coloplast. As part of the Business Support Solutions area within the Digital Data & IT Organization, we interact with various stakeholders across the entire organization. As we continue to grow, we seek a skilled and motivated individual to join us on this exciting journey.
The Job:
As STEP Senior Application Specialist, one of your main objectives is to prioritize and ensure the delivery of solutions within multiple data domains inside the STEP application and by doing so meeting the business requirements of different stakeholders. You will provide input and architectural guidance, configuring out-of-the-box elements, and developing customized/scripted solutions. Working in an agile framework, active participation in the development team is expected.
The other objective of this role is 2nd & 3rd level support of the already implemented solution, continuous improvement tasks, and the configuration and development of new processes as part of larger projects. Collaboration with integration specialists is crucial for achieving the best possible solution for automated data transfer and processes in a cross-functional context.
Last but not least we expect that you are taking an active role in mentoring and training new and junior team members to secure knowledge transfer throughout the team and internal talent pipeline.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this position, you need excellent communication and presentation skills to make your ideas heard across an international organization. A strong methodological understanding and the ability to think conceptually and analytically are essential. Key qualifications include proven experience as STEP Application Specialist or consultant, in-depth knowledge of STEP MDM software by Stibo Systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to evolving technology, a problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in English at a professional level. Knowledge of the life science industry and understanding industry rules and regulations are advantageous. As a team player, you are known for sharing knowledge transparently and possessing a natural curiosity to understand others.
