Job Objective
As Engineering and Projects administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative,
- Financial and scheduling support to the Engineering and Projects Departments.

Competencies
Skills and Competencies
• Experience of reporting on Origin Green / ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 experience would be beneficial.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Experience in the use of AutoCAD or similar software desirable
• Experience of accounts software package such as NAV an advantage
• ECDL/ ICDL Course completed
• 2 year's relevant experience in similar role.

• Undertaking project tasks and providing administrative support as required.
• Ensuring project teams adhere to timeframes and all documentation maintained appropriately
• Preparation of documentation for new project applications.
• Generating all purchase orders relating to Capital Expenditure, ensuring all are invoiced in a timely fashion and maintaining all document records pertaining to these transactions.
• Maintain knowledge on the status of projects at all times and be able to report to relevant stakeholders internally and to Scandi Standard central projects teams.
• Providing support to site Project Managers in project delivery.
• Updating project documentation and information on Antura Projects Database.
• Organising and facilitating project review meetings, preparation of meeting presentations and materials, and create and distribute meeting minutes and actions.
• Maintaining and tracking budgets and expenditures, scheduling, resources and documentation for all site Capital Expenditure Projects
Projects Tasks
• Address all reasonable duties as required by the business.
• Take meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties.
• Asset Management (AMS) Systems Support - Systems Data Entry, Administration, Engineering Database Documentation Control & Maintain Training Records.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Site Approved Contractors Register – Upkeep of the Contractor Control System that includes requesting Insurance and H&S Documentation, permit control, etc.
• Validation of Technician Hours/Annual Leave/Absence/Sick leave for Weekly Labour Reporting.
• Maintenance of hourly paid Technician Holiday Register.
• Coordination of Maintenance Contracts Schedule – tracking contractor costs, scheduling site visits and recording reported issues for follow up.
• Daily/Weekly updating of Engineering Performance KPI’s.
Engineering Tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Use of software packages including Microsoft NAV, Antura Projects, Pirana CMMS, AutoCAD, etc.
• Coordinate information for the maintenance of company Capital Expenditure System and Fixed Assets Register.
• Liaise with Finance/HR/Quality/IT/H&S Departments on a variety of issues based on the company’s needs.
• Assist site Project Managers by tracking all project expenditure, resources and documentation & coordinating project meetings, schedules and Capital Expenditure applications.
• Technician Labour Costs and Annual Leave requests and documentation.
• Maintenance of Engineering administrative systems, Performance KPI’s, Services Contract Schedule, Contractor control System.
