3XN is hiring for a range of roles to join our growing Studio in Sydney

As an international design studio, 3XN designs, develops and delivers ambitious and transformative architecture. In Australia, this includes the multi-award-winning design for Quay Quarter Tower and the new Sydney Fish Market, along with a number of projects in Australia and the wider APAC region. We share our collective experiences across our global studios through knowledge sharing, exchange programs and working groups to learn from our diverse team of architects, façade specialists, interior designers, researchers, circularity experts, behavioural designers and digital techsperts.

We are currently looking for a variety of experience levels from dynamic, talented, and experienced senior architects to motivated and skilled graduates to join us full-time in our Sydney Studio, Our Sydney studio is continuing to grow with a variety of projects on the books, ranging from Culture, Commercial Office, Education and Residential across Australia, Japan and South Korea. We want team first, highly skilled architects and graduates to join our Sydney studio.

Requirements

• Eligibility for working in Australia.
• Master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience (Senior Architects) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience (Graduate Architects) in creative, design-focused architecture studio(s).
• Possess a strong passion for design integrity.
• Strong abilities with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Grasshopper and Dynamo skills are not essential but are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong conceptual design skills.
• Experience in the delivery of projects at different phases (Senior Architect).
• Strong technical knowledge / documenting skills and coordination experience (Senior Architect).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Japanese and Korean language abilities welcome, but not essential.
• You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated.
• Candidates must feel comfortable being agile in tasks in a creative and dynamic environment.
• Have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality.
