Global Sourcing Process Excellence Administrator

GN Global Sourcing Team is currently looking for a Global Sourcing Process Excellence Administrator.

In this position, you will report to Director, Sourcing & Process Excellence.

You will get your hands on the following exciting tasks:

Reporting

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/ annual spend & savings report including excel and PowerPoint reporting.
• Support requests for future analytics reports needed to support business decisions making.
• Support the development of and prepare standardized reports for other sourcing metrics and KPIs that provide oversight of the sourcing performance to executive level.
• Compile the savings forecast taking inputs from multiple system feeds.
• Support ad hoc requests for business intelligence reports from the data systems such as Dash (Ivalua), BI reports and Data warehouse reporting tool.
• Support data admin and coordination for the annual standard cost processes for both GNA and GNH

Sourcing and business process excellence

• Support the necessary administration requirements of the business processes and sourcing excellence team to comply with quality standards, audits, and other process improvements.
• Participate in ongoing data collection, cleansing and improvement for the Dash (Ivalua) implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Global sourcing SharePoint maintenance and improvement activities
• Participate and support various sourcing initiatives as identified from time to time.

We would like that you:

• Education at Bachelor or Master level within Business or Engineering
• Experience with information systems such as, Microsoft (word, excel, power point) Power BI (Development and editing), SharePoint, (Ivalua would be a distinct advantage)
• Experience and demonstrated understanding of sourcing/ procurement / supply chain.
• Demonstrated good analytic abilities, and superior due diligence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability for effective and cross-functional team collaboration.
