Your Team and Role
As a Scrum Master, you'll join our Trading Platform team working with .NET and MS CRM. You'll report to Frank Jensen, Product Development Manager, and play a crucial role in our global IT department, which is distributed between Denmark and Greece. Your mission will be to facilitate discussions, empower self-organization, and bridge gaps across different locations and cultures. Additionally, you will:

• Facilitate Scrum events, driving efficiency and focus while challenging priorities and estimates
• Assist with internal and external communication to improve clarity and engagement
• Support Product Owner refinement and engagement of the product backlog and vision
• Be an active member of our Scrum Community of Practice

Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• A university degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or relevant working experience
• Scrum Master certifications
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams in agile processes and tools
• Understanding of technical and functional requirements
• Strong communication skills to convey technical subjects to various stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of programming (language not important)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Motivation to inspire others and share knowledge

Ideally, you're eager to learn about new trends in the agile space and can succeed by promoting teamwork and agile practices.
