Therefore, we are currently looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Team and Role
The role involves conducting a variety of tests on space electronics, including functional, performance, and environmental assessments. These tests cover areas such as vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, and electromagnetic compatibility. Testing takes place on both individual circuit boards and fully assembled units. All results must be carefully documented in reports.
The employee will work with fascinating products used in exciting and barrier-breaking missions in an extreme environment. You will be part of a project team focused on the development and test of our space products
Additionally, the position requires troubleshooting issues that arise during testing and contributing to improvements in test setups. There may also be opportunities to engage in customer meetings and assist with proposal development, adding variety and external collaboration to the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
We expect that you are driven by technically complex projects and working on and delivering high-quality products. You must have experience in testing electronics. Educational background could be in electronics engineering or a similar field.
We expect that you:
- Experience with test of electronic products
- Are enthusiastic about working with space technology
- Profound knowledge in all basic active and passive discrete components
- Strong skills in understanding even complex electronic circuit designs
- Profound knowledge with test systems and sw tools e.g. NI TestStand, LabView, etc.
- Experience with space applications is an advance but not mandatory
- Possess personal drive and are capable of prioritizing and organizing your workday independently, as well as completing tasks
- Are committed, proactive, and can motivate your project team
- Are systematic and maintain high standards of quality
- Have a good command of written and spoken English
- And, of course, you have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
