Your role as IT Compliance Assistant
Your role is to facilitate a high quality in Global IT’s training and documentation practice and help build a strong compliance unit focusing on:

• Training management for Global IT – managing training platform
• Leading trainings as an instructor
• Documents management – creating, reviewing documents
• Resolving IT cases in variety of applications, for example in ServiceNow
• Assisting in internal and external inspections and contributing to related reports and documentation
• You will be responsible for a wide variety of areas related to reporting for but will also have the opportunity to lead your own independent projects

As a candidate for the role you have:

• Experience in an administrative position within an international organisation
• Experience in training and good presentations skills
• Document management knowledge, and ideally experience with training platforms, i.e. e-learnings
• Ability to multitask and be open to new challenges with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Openness to learning new technologies and platforms that support our IT departments
• Willingness to work with attention to detail
• Openness to daily contact with colleagues from the IT team who work in our global organisation
• Your tasks will also include the onboarding of new colleagues and training them in the use of our systems, including e-learning platforms. We are therefore looking for someone who will not be afraid to give presentations to new team members or to be responsible for communications sent to a wider group of colleagues.
• Higher education and fluency in Polish and English are a must.
