We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team and support the Recruitment Team in various administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. In this role, you will help organise and prioritise daily tasks in collaboration with Recruiters and the Team Leader, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

This full-time, hybrid role can be based at one of our offices in North Shields or Bromley (UK), Fredericia (DK), Szczecin or Gdańsk (PL), or Porto (PT).

Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Researching the best methods for reaching candidates in various markets/countries.
  • Posting job adverts on behalf of Recruiters.
  • Liaising with candidates on behalf of Recruiters via email and telephone.
  • Arranging interviews and sending follow-up emails.
  • Sending rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Checking certificates and additional professional training.
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Uploading new starter documents and details into the Onboard Tracker.
  • Liaising with the Project Team to hand over candidates to the Business Unit.
  • Carrying out candidate reference checks.
  • Notifying other relevant departments, such as Payroll and IT, as necessary.

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
