What kind of geek are you?

• Figma Pro: Very skilled in Figma, with a solid grasp of component-based design and prototyping techniques.
• UX/UI Enthusiast: Skilled in both UX and UI, capable of handling the entire design process — from idea generation and concept development to finalizing and preparing UI designs for development.
• Curious Trendsetter: Passionate about exploring new design trends and technologies to keep your skills sharp and innovative.
• Confident Communicator: Comfortable leading workshops and presenting your design ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.

As a person, you thrive with both high-pace, tactical tasks and bigger strategic projects. We imagine that you are fluent in Danish and English and bring 3-6 years of digital design experience for both web and mobile apps. Experience in insurance or finance is a plus, but not required.

What to dive into

• Design Principles: Define and continuously evolve Scalepoint’s design principles, ensuring our practices stay current with the latest UX/UI trends.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma that transform complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with Developers: Partner closely with the remote development team in Poland to ensure your designs are practical and functional from a technical perspective.
• Design System Maintenance: Work alongside our other product designer and cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance our design system, guaranteeing a consistent, scalable, and high-quality experience across all digital products.
