About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working alongside our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, key KPIs and ensure that Clerk.io delivers against them
- Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Clerk.io’s internal Operation, Product, and Sales teams.
- Successfully discover new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure the customer utilizes their paid subscription fully.
- Be responsible for key customer success metrics, including QBR, Pipeline generation, churn, and NPS.
Who we are looking for:
- Great written and oral presentation skills in Danish and English.
- Knowledge of Customer Success processes.
- Basic knowledge of pipeline management and account strategy.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
