About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working alongside our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, key KPIs and ensure that Clerk.io delivers against them
  • Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Clerk.io’s internal Operation, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Successfully discover new revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure the customer utilizes their paid subscription fully.
  • Be responsible for key customer success metrics, including QBR, Pipeline generation, churn, and NPS.

Who we are looking for:

  • Great written and oral presentation skills in Danish and English.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success processes.
  • Basic knowledge of pipeline management and account strategy.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
