Job Description
Are you a software engineer with a passion for data? or, a data engineer with an interest in creating software solutions?
Either way, this role is what you've been waiting for if you're passionate about data and software!
The partner area develops innovative IT solutions to help our partners optimize their selling processes, achieve seamless content integrations, and effectively capture sales data.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, data specialists, and fellow engineers to:
  • Gather and interpret requirements
  • Transform requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Adopt DevOps principles
  • Design, code, deploy, and maintain backend services and data pipelines
  • Prioritize the success of the group with a strong team-first mentality
  • Actively support colleagues in achieving shared goals

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in foundational programming concepts is essential.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud technologies, data modelling, data governance.
  • Relevant experience using SQL, dbt, Python, Spark, Databricks, AWS stack or any other cloud technologies or similar tech stack.
  • Ability to take end-to-end responsibility of designing and developing data products starting from requirement scoping to delivery having a keen eye for automation.
  • Experience in building efficient data pipelines, ability to navigate through complex scripts and work on performance tuning.
  • Experience with agile ways of working
  • Focused on quality at all stages of the software lifecycle
  • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
