Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for continuously monitoring and cleaning our CRM database.
- Expand on how we can understand our new and existing business better.
- Aim to streamline and innovate our processes so that efficiency and effectiveness are at the center of our work
- Develop and maintain activity reports and dashboards to help us understand our current and future affairs around different departments
- Work directly under the Head of Business Development and handle various long-term projects and ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate:
- Is eager to learn more about the biotech and pharma industries, especially within Cell and Gene Therapy, manufacturing automation etc.
- Has a drive and motivation towards streamlining processes and commercial effectiveness in data such as CRM and has an attitude that no task is too small!
- Has experience with a CRM (Zoho is a plus) but not a requirement as we are willing to train
- 1+ year relevant experience within a commercial role, understanding what drives a growth strategy, business goals and developing client relationships.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write well-crafted emails
- Eligible to work in the US – willing to offer OPT and sponsor visa for the right candidate
