Position Overview:

Join Inpay and be part of AI’ing everything – from network liquidity forecasting, to realtime avatars commenting on latest transaction patterns in realtime, finding optimizations of our processes, to prototyping crazy stuff and help anyone and everyone to use chatgpt, perplexity etc. in their everyday job. Every day!

AI Implementation Students – also known as a AI Ninjas will help us make a bold impact with AI! We're looking for three motivated students to bring fresh AI-driven insights and support across our departments, upholding our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-centered action. This role offers a hands-on chance to fearlessly create solutions and enhance productivity while going all in, together with our teams.

Each Ninja will divide the time across three core areas:

1 - Data Management Support
• Raise the Bar: Collaborate with our data team to continuously improve data quality, structure, and accessibility, ensuring that our AI initiatives operate on the highest standards.

•Contribute proactively to cleaning, organizing, and analysing data, making it ready for our AI-driven enhancements.

2 - Departmental AI Utilization Research
•Customers First: Spend time with all teams to understand their workflows and challenges, keeping customer impact at the core of your analysis.

•Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer satisfaction, presenting actionable insights and driving results that make a real difference.

3- AI Research & Company-Wide AI Initiatives
•Fearlessly Innovate: Dive into the latest AI trends, experimenting with new tools to discover bold ideas that could enhance our future and current operations.

•Trust Yourself to test, learn, and develop prototypes—embracing innovation, even if most ideas might turn out to be impractical—as action is key to growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the data management team to ensure that AI initiatives are based on sound, structured data.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s different departments, identifying AI use cases specific to each.
• Research AI trends and innovations and share insights with the broader company through presentations and reports.
• Internal AI training sessions for all employees.
• Spend a lot of time in different teams to help them reap the benefits of AI

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a undergraduate or postgraduate program
• Passion for AI, data management, and innovative technologies.
• Good understanding of AI/ML such as LLM, prompt engineering and maybe even training
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
