As our Talent Business Partner, you’ll play a key role as a trusted sparring partner to business leaders aligning people initiatives with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, retention, and organizational design. Your contributions will help strengthen team dynamics, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive meaningful results.
Starting January 1st, we will welcome our new CFO. While you will initially focus on Finance and IT, this dynamic role will expand to support other functions, contributing to broader company goals.
You’ll be part of a newly established Talent team responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, reporting directly to our Head of Talent. This role is based in our office in Hellerup, Denmark.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the business model and identify opportunities where People & Culture can drive value and support the achievement of business goals.
- Support organizational design initiatives to structure teams and departments for optimal efficiency and business success.
- Develop and execute talent management and retention plans that align with business goals and retain key talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and support workforce plans aligned with the business strategy.
- Identify and nurture talent by creating pathways for career development, internal mobility, and promotions. Foster employee development to drive performance and promote growth.
- Provide conflict management support to resolve workplace challenges and enhance team dynamics.
- Support and facilitate engagement survey follow-up and collaborate with your P&C colleagues to design and implement initiatives that enhance engagement.
About You
- Experience as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) and/or in Talent Management, ideally in a mid-sized scaleup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with Finance and IT departments is a strong advantage.
- Resilient, service-minded, and pragmatic, with a passion for working in anorganization with an international workforce.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in dynamic settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about fostering people-centered solutions.
- Experience in renewable energy is a plus, but not essential.
