Student Designer - Platforms

We are looking for a student to shape the future acquisition experience for our global client base starting as soon as possible. This position will be great for you if you are pursuing a career in UX/UI design, digital design or similar areas.
Our team
You will join a small team responsible for onboarding, funding, and continuous compliance. In this role, you will be a part of multi-platform projects, and help translate legal requirements to user-friendly, visually engaging experiences.
We value a data-driven approach and work with complex user flows that cover diverse localized scenarios. Therefore, we are looking for a structured individual who enjoys creating flow mappings and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
We aim to find a balance between your skills and our workload, but you can expect a mix of the following tasks:
- Build flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
- Create visual assets (product showcases, illustrations, graphics etc.) using Figma
- Conduct user testing to optimise conversion and user experience.
- Explore responsive design and accessibility principles etc. to optimise user interaction.
- Help maintain our component library and design system.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. UX/UI design, digital design, visual design, frontend development etc.).
- Confident using Figma.
- Excited to refine your design skills in a complex professional environment (financial industry, multicultural working environment and client base, extensive stakeholder matrix).
- Open to challenging your mindset, adapting creative solutions to business constraints and real-life situations.
- Interested in the intersection between design, user experience and performance marketing.
