The Job
As a Business Analyst in our BI & Analytics team, you will focus on creating and maintaining Power BI reports and workspaces to support data-driven decisions across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, procurement, logistics, warehousing and sourcing) to provide insights through powerful visualizations and help drive business growth. You will be situated in the BI & Analytics team, which generates data-based analyses and insights to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring professional sparring and great learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics Support: Provide comprehensive data and analytics support across the organization.
- Power BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, ensuring seamless access to relevant reports and datasets for internal users.
- Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models to support efficient and insightful reporting, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data for stakeholders.
- Insights Generation: Generate insights to identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with multiple business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure that BI tools align with business goals and provide valuable insights.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive reporting.
- Reporting Automation: Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Who Are You?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, and you are passionate about working with business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights. You are a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, and you enjoy helping teams optimize performance through data-driven strategies.

- Passionate Learner: While experience is not obligatory, you have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Proficient in Tools: Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools. DAX and data modelling abilities are a plus.
- Data Management Pro: Capable of handling multiple large datasets and generating consolidated insights.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and can manage complex datasets with precision.
- Communicative: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to share insights clearly.
- Problem-Solver: Analytical with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
