To continue our focus on innovating new products aimed at increasing health and hygiene standards across the world, our Research & Development Department is currently hiring for our Laboratory focused on Baby Products.

Our Baby Laboratory is home of the Libero product range and a number of European Retail Brands. As a laboratory engineer you will represent our laboratories in many perspectives, be responsible for product evaluation, be part of innovation projects as well as supporting our business units.

About The Role
In your role as a Laboratory Engineer, you will work with various tasks, both practical and theoretical. We will enable you to further develop and strengthen your competencies such as project skills, method development and statistical analysis. Some of your work responsibilities will include:

• Participating in innovation projects, value engineering and business support activities
• Planning, testing, analyzing and statistically evaluating different development products and solutions.
• Providing written and oral presentations, for example laboratory evaluations.
• Developing, evaluating, and validating new laboratory methods

Who are you?

• Technical university degree (Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Textile is ideal)
• You enjoy product evaluation.
• Have previous experience working within a laboratory environment
• Comfortable to work with a variety of laboratory protocols
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Good communication and documentation skills, in English
• Likes to collaborate, interact, and drive activities to reach a goal.
• You are flexible when working on your projects to complete tasks on your own or in collaboration with other individuals
• You want to be part of a team focused on innovating products which are focused on helping to break barriers in well-being
