About the role
As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining item master data in response to market changes and customer/business demands. This role involves close collaboration with Research & Development, Engineering & Supply, and Service through New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) and Engineering Change processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate master data-related activities through development projects by collaborating with stakeholders in the supply chain, factories, and relevant engineering functions in Aalborg, Nijmegen, and Qingdao to ensure all actions are identified and item creation is effectively managed.
- Facilitate decision-making for unclear entries in master data attributes and ensure the entire supply chain is prepared for these changes.
- Create new items as part of Engineering Change process in close collaboration with factory entities for NPD and EPD projects in case of Engineering Changes.
- Govern the master data processes within Team Center and ERP, focusing on compliance and ensuring the correct functions have decision-making powers throughout the item creation process.
- Ensure item creation and implementation are in accordance with demands/setup in PLM/ERP systems (Team Center, Axapta, Pulse & Magic – D365).
- Focus on continuous improvement within the item creation process.
- Act as a key stakeholder for CAD work, ensuring the creation of correct and appropriate master data.

Flexible and outgoing, you have great drive and courage, ensuring effective results and strong collaboration with colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with PLM / ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Team Center.
- Experience with D365.
- Experience WITH Excel.
You will be trained in our systems to ensure you are fully equipped to handle all tasks efficiently.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English fluently is a prerequisite.
