As a Technical Digital Building Designer, you will become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering world-class digital building solutions for large partners around the world. You will leverage your technical skills and creative mindset to interpret floor plans, process CAD data, and design user-friendly solutions.
What you will do
- Process and prepare CAD data for integration into the MapsIndoors platform.
- Design innovative digital building solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Digitize and maintain geospatial databases for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to create custom data sets.
- Develop workflows to optimize delivery and performance.
- Contribute to team discussions and initiatives to enhance product functionality.
We imagine you come with
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Design, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like AutoCAD.
- Bonus if you have experience with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
- An eye for detail and the ability to structure tasks independently.
- Good IT skills and a technical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A collaborative attitude with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- The ability to thrive in an informal and dynamic team environment.
This position is located in our headquarters in Aalborg where our office space has a beautiful first row view of the Limfjord. Between the desks, lots of leafy green plants, and modern and creative decor you will find great activities such as foosball or table tennis for when you need a break.
