Healt & Safety Digital Training Developer

The position
As an H&S Digital Training Developer in Health and Safety Solutions, you will:
- Develop clear and instructive H&S training solutions to help stakeholders understand, use, and apply training solutions in the relevant training and business context.
- Identify potential and scope of new training solutions in collaboration with NN Health and Safety and other relevant stakeholders
- Help implementation of H&S training solutions and provide recommendations for LoB.
- Identify and include digital training formats and development/authoring programmes relevant for H&S training into projects and deliverables.
- Maintaining the H&S training content for all target groups to ensure training stays relevant and aligned with H&S strategy and needs in LoB.
- Plan and manage projects relating to training, including vendor contact and stakeholder management.
Qualifications

- A degree in a relevant field and experience in digital training development and project management.
- Strong understanding of e-learning training formats and development/authoring programmes.
- Experience in planning and managing training programmes.
- Ability to develop clear and instructive training solutions.
- Strong consultancy skills to guide stakeholders on digital training potentials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to continuously improve training processes and solutions.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.

The department is Novo Nordisk’s Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety with around 50 dedicated colleagues.
