Join us in this role where you’ll play an important role in supporting the core Project Management team during construction of a large windfarm project in Asia Pacific, speciafically in Taiwan. With a proactive and structured approach, applying tools and processes, efficient communication and high team spirit, we contribute to a smooth execution of global projects.

You’ll be part of a diverse and global department of project coordinators where you, together with your colleagues, will be an essential part of the project teams developing and building large offshore wind projects in Taiwan. As a team, we collaborate closely across countries and embrace learning opportunities. Knowledge sharing is top of our agenda and through personal leadership you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow.
You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the project managers in their specific scopes of work
- preparing management presentations and handling part of internal project communication such as newsletters
- managing onboarding/offboarding, including organisation charts updates and access management to our systems
- contributing to project activities leading up to milestones
- managing event planning and coordination of project management meetings
- supporting the setup and maintenance of administrative tools and processes.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are self-driven, independent and know how to support a project management team with minimal guidance
- have a demonstrated ability to solve complex tasks and take on expanded scope.
- are proactive and able to identify and implement solutions to problems
- have strong communicative skills and communicate clearly and concisely with internal as well as external stakeholders
- have strong time management skills and can prioritize in a changing, fast-paced environment
- are technically savvy and understand IT tools and systems.
