Novo Nordisk is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to join our Sourcing Operations (SoOp) team. In this exciting maternity cover position starting on 1st March, you will play a pivotal role in driving and optimizing onboarding processes for new team members in SoOp.

The Position:
You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, acting as a key representative of Sourcing Operations. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining and continuously improving our 2-day onboarding program and Manager Onboarding initiatives, ensuring they align with user feedback and strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain and Enhance Onboarding Programs: Continuously improve the onboarding program and app by incorporating user feedback and aligning with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate and Coordinate Seamless Onboarding: Plan and execute monthly onboarding sessions in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new employees.
  • Leverage Data for Insights: Utilize data to visualize, evaluate, and optimize the onboarding process, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate on Process Improvements: Work closely with analytics and digitalization teams to identify and implement process enhancements for an efficient onboarding journey.
  • Have a welcoming presence: Perform hands-on tasks, engage with stakeholders across the organization, and serve as the friendly face of Sourcing Operations, fostering a positive first impression.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in organization, strategy, business, human resources or similar.
  • Preferably have prior experience in onboarding within a larger organization.
  • Thrive in working independently and drive your own projects.
  • Be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

About The Department:
The Business Support Department operates within Sourcing Operations (SoOp), responsible for the inbound supply chain of direct spend materials at Novo Nordisk. BS focuses on driving key strategic projects, implementing business plans, cultural transformation, digitalization, and business intelligence.

Business support is based in Bagsværd, with close collaboration expected with colleagues in Hillerød.
