What is the job about?
Based in Indija, Serbia, Bjerringbro Denmark or Ttabanya, Hungary, you will become a part of the Group Supply Chain Organization responsible for leading and coordinating the strategic project rooted in Global Planning. The primary program to run will be implementation of E2E planning in Grundfos including implementation of SAP IBP Supply and Response, but also other projects like AI in Sales Planning or coordination of training activities can also be relevant.

This would involve overseeing the established project teams on both design, development, testing, implementations, coordinating & communication plan and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager position is a maternity cover from February 2025 to February 2026.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the plan for the complete design and deployment of Global Planning initiative across the entire Grundfos organization
  • Program planning across sites is in place
  • All project goals are clarified
  • Progress is monitored & execution is governed
  • All project deliverables are met
  • Relevant communication is timely & accurately shared
• Be responsible of developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource plans and providing regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders accordingly
• Identify risks & gaps in design and/or execution phases and coordinate the stakeholders to maintain contingency plans accordingly
• Ensuring that project deliverables are set of high quality and meet customer expectations
• Ensuring GSC solutions are configured and customized at best to meet the needs of the project customers
• Governing the appropriate testing and acceptance of GSC solutions
• Ensuring proper support & training are provided to end users during and after the rollout of implementations

Your background

As Project Manager the person should have good collaboration skills to streamline many different stakeholders needs in one direction, resolve conflicts effectively, ensure fast decision-making processes and govern execution of the project teams.

We are looking for someone who can coordinate the program with high collaboration to Global Planning management team, functional managers, IS, supply chain managers, directors, and managers in Group functions etc., and with major global effects. Understanding of Project management & Planning Processes is required, but the candidate could be newly graduate or have few years’ experiences, but with structured approach and education in Planning & Project Management

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

• Master or Bachelor degree
• Experience with Change Management & communication
• Supply Chain, Planning experience
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, English
