Product Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a dynamic Product Analyst to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories with the Product Owner.
You will analyse data for product improvement, act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, and participate in agile ceremonies. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements, define testing strategies with QA, conduct market research, maintain documentation, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets stakeholder expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and user needs.
• User Story Development: Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria with the Product Owner for the development team.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Agile Participation: Actively participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to provide insights and facilitate discussions.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product delivery.
• Testing and Validation: Collaborating with QA teams to define testing strategies and validate that product features meet business requirements.
• Market Research: Conducting market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor offerings, informing product decisions.
• Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and user feedback for future reference.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitating UAT sessions with stakeholders to ensure the product meets their expectations before launch.

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:

• Experience working in IT projects or adjacent roles.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to ensure and develop a strong data driven culture and approach
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
• CPG or FMCG supply chain experience is a plus.
