With your strong experience as Finance Business Partner, you will be navigating financial complexity, using both your strategic and analytical mind-set.

Core Responsibilities
- Support the Elements & Moulds business area in all finance related matters through support from a business Controller and the broader CFO-organization.
- Engage as an equal and active member of the two leadership teams across Elements & Moulds to drive, co-drive and co-own financial and non-financial business decisions in line with the LEGO Group strategy.
- Own the Performance Management Framework and define targets that are aligned with both financial and business objectives.
- Drive opportunities to improve business performance and processes through data-driven insights.
- Engage in cross-functional finance network covering manufacturing and engineering finance to drive end-to-end improvements.
Play your part in our team succeeding
In this role you will be part of a finance team of 7, supporting the business area Engineering & Quality in Operations. This role supports the Elements and Moulds business area with support from a business controller. Elements and Moulds has the responsibility for specifying the LEGO® bricks in collaboration with designers in product development and turning the designs into production moulds for our manufacturing sites, bringing the iconic LEGO bricks to life. This role offers a broad exposure from product development, through engineering and mould manufacturing to the core LEGO moulding sites that manufacture LEGO bricks. You will play a significant role in one of the most core areas of the success of the LEGO Group, namely precision moulds and moulding as a unique, core capability.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a business degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant fields combined with extensive working experience in finance within a global matrix organization, preferably exposure in engineering, manufacturing or operations. In addition, we are looking for an individual who are:
- Motivated by delivering strong business results in collaboration with others.
- Interested in supporting the development of more junior team members.
- Able to work with, support and challenge a senior leadership team within the organization.
- A strong collaborator and can communicate efficiently at all levels in the organisation
- Comfortable to take on unknown tasks.
