The position
As a Project Integration Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will work very closely with the Project Managers (PM) in quality integration projects with the following tasks.
- Establish project plans and coordinate project tasks and deliverables from initiation to completion, including hand-over and effectiveness checks.
- Help manage overall project scheduling, meetings, tasks and deliverables
- Manage project documentation, risk grid, action lists ect.
- Report progress and address relevant issues/challenges/constraints to management in a timely manner
- Proactively engage stakeholders and help ensure commitment to the project plan
- Support ensuring compliance with NN Quality Management System
- Implement process and system improvements
Qualifications
We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Academic degree e.g. master’s in information science, project management or similar
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement and change management would be a beneficial advantage.
- Administrative skills and hands-on experience working with Microsoft programs and project management tools
- Have a structured way of working, are solution-oriented and have a can-do attitude.
- Outgoing and self-driven personality, that take the initiative, are eager to learn and embrace new ways of working.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
About the department
Product Development Quality (PDQ) Integration is a new team responsible for the integration of acquired corporate assets from due diligence and final deal, driving the transition, initial integration, and handover to the Product Development QA Project organization.
You will become an important player assisting our team of Project Managers and QA Specialists in the quality integration projects.
The department is characterized by a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and collaboration. We have a great and informal working environment where we enjoy sharing and learning from each other and focus on good social relationships and having fun at work. The team is based in Høje Tåstrup, Denmark.
