If yes, we would like to welcome you to join us on a temporary basis (maternity cover) within Isolator Filling at Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Bagsværd!

The position
As professional this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innova-tive team working on a groundbreaking product, that will make a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking individuals, who are passionate about pharmaceutical development and have a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

Your primary tasks will be:
• To provide support in addressing production challenges.
• You will be responsible for driving the problem-solving process by understand-ing the process flow, equipment functionality, and identify the root cause of the issue through systematic problem-solving.
• We also conduct product validations, optimize workflows through data pro-cessing, and resolve complex incidents in production. As such, you will be working extensively to improve our standards, which we strive to adhere to.

In addition to supporting daily production, you will also be responsible for implement-ing improvements and participating in projects.

The work is conducted in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where we em-phasize teamwork and engagement in a busy working environment. You will therefore encounter a strong team spirit, where we work together and share our knowledge and successes. Collaboration will be at the forefront, and we are looking for someone, who is motivated to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

• A degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a similar higher education in natural sci-ences.
• Experience in production is preferred but not required.
• You enjoy working with processes, deviations, problem-solving, data analysis in Excel, and validations/qualifications.
• You have a strong quality and compliance mindset and enjoy leading new im-provements.
• Knowledge of, or experience in compliance with GMP requirements.

Full proficiency in both English and Danish is required for this role

About the Department
You will become part of the Isolator Filling department, which works on the production of our new products. We are approximately 100 dedicated employees in the depart-ment, and we all operate daily at our site in Bagsværd. The department has one isola-tor line, which fill for clinical and market products. We work closely across teams and professional groups to ultimately contribute to the production of products with the highest possible quality.
