Core Responsibilities
- Support in low-code/no-code customization of features within Microsoft Dynamics 365: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
- Help maintain and build new apps within the PowerApps suite alongside helping to extend our capabilities within Azure with API integrations and more
- Help drive new projects while leveraging our Customer Engagement solution to utilize the newest cloud technologies within the Dynamics 365 environment: Power Automate, Customer Voice, Power BI, Azure and others
- Engage in our agile development framework
- Interact directly with partners to explore requirements for new features
- 2nd and 3rd level system support

You will be part of the department Partners & Markets that focus on delivering a broad range of customer relationship solutions to the LEGO Group. More specifically you will engage in a small team of three specialized in delivering value to our LEGO Education business that sells products to teachers and students globally. Our team is supporting their customer relationship system, which spans across sales, marketing, service & other custom functions. Eventually this will play a huge part in customers and consumer’s satisfaction when engaging with LEGO Education products.
As an associate engineer you will be able to apply your knowledge to deepen your understanding of LEGO Processes and business needs from an IT perspective. You will be able to set the agenda by improving the team’s capabilities of utilizing the Power-Suite from Microsoft. You will also be deeply involved in the overall Digital Landscape within the LEGO Group, where you can benefit from taking part in the developer framework with integrations etc. You will have direct contact to our collaborators, where you can demonstrate your ability to implement robust technical solutions while being very close to the actual business benefits.
Do you have what it takes?
- Have a logic mentality that can turn ideas into technical solutions
- Have experience working with low-code/no-code platforms
- Have a great understanding of data modelling and data structures
- Experience and strong appetite with coding, e.g. in C#, Python
- Customer Engagement platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or others
- Frontend BI tools, e.g. PowerBI
- Agile ways of working
- .NET or JavaScript experience
- A dedicated as well as an organized teammate
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
