About the role
At NNE Construction, Commissioning & Qualification compliance department (CCC), we are proud to be part of creating the world's largest insulin production facilities. Our Site Construction Management department, a key part of CCC, ensures that our projects are executed safely and predictably.
With over 60 top professional Construction Managers, our team is growing with the best and most passionate people. That is why we are looking for an additional manager, and together with the current two managers, you will play a crucial role in developing the department, navigating strategic journeys, and overcoming site challenges. How you might spend your days
As Manager of Site Construction Management we expect you to:
- Recruit, develop and support top Construction Managers on different levels, doing project excellence in Site construction management and “second to none” leadership.
- Manage and lead our top consultants to deliver best Site Construction Management.
- Support and develop systems and procedures within site management, construction management, construction planning, plan of resources, time, and economy.
- Use exceptional stakeholder management skills to build and coordinate customer relationships at local site, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
- Ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards, and methods, are the basis for execution.
- Facilitate and lead by example by involving the Constructions Managers and stakeholders in developing tools, methods, and processes around specific cases, “best practice” and “lessons learned”.
- Work out of Kalundborg, with regular visits to our Head Office in Virum and sites in the Copenhagen area.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Hold solid leadership experience working with diverse project teams of large projects (perhaps supported by an applicable leadership education).
- Demonstrated record of managing, mentoring and coaching employees – from graduate to senior employees.
- Profound experience within site management (Site HSE, Construction, Commissioning) and site safety, preferably from pharma, biotech or process industries.
- A proven track record in leading change management projects.
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.
