How you will make an impact
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with Arla's overall brand and business objectives. This involves conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify key target audiences and tailor employer branding initiatives accordingly. You will be instrumental to ensure that our employer brand is positioned effectively across the markets to attract the right people.
One of your key responsibilities will be to maintain a compelling employer value proposition that showcases Arla as an employer of choice. This involves defining and communicating a consistent employer brand identity that aligns with the Arla's DNA, culture, and employer value proposition. By doing so, you will help potential candidates understand what makes our company a great place to work.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, and Communication teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all employer brand touchpoints. This collaboration will help ensure that our employer brand is communicated effectively both internally and externally.
We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and talent acquisition. This will help you identify new opportunities to enhance our employer brand and keep us on our toes.

- A university degree in communication, marketing, or HR.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an engaging personality, enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with cross-functional teams and build lasting relationships.
- A knack for strategic thinking, with the ability to align our employer brand initiatives with Arla’s overarching goals.
- An analytical mindset, enabling you to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
- An adaptable and flexible work style, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
