We are currently looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help us keep our offices nice and tidy, and running smoothly!

This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team in a fast-moving start up.

What does an Office Assistant do?
As an Office Assistant you will mainly be responsible for setting up lunch and general office tasks. Since the role is a combination of office management and administration, it offers tasks that are equally diverse.

In this role your primary areas of responsibility will be:

    • Setting up food for lunches and making sure that the office space and kitchen is clean and organized (e.g. filling and emptying the dishwasher)
    • Arranging weekly orders for the office
    • Ad hoc tasks around the office
    • Drafting contracts, parental leave agreements, and other ad hoc administrative tasks

About You
We imagine that you are currently looking for a versatile full time position, where every day looks different.

The ideal candidate would describe themselves as:

    • Someone who likes to work independently
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
    • Service minded and focused on meeting deadlines
    • Has a growing interest in HR and administrative tasks
    • Proficient in, and comfortable speaking English (as that is our common language)

About the team
Eupry's team consists of over 20 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food, and other sensitive goods are stored and transported.

As a member of the Administration team, you will be reporting to our Finance Team Lead.
