Your Role:
As a vital part of our Global People Support Team, you’ll ensure seamless operations by handling essential employee documentation and providing hands-on support to both employees and managers. You will work with maintaining HR systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Processing social security applications for employees hired in GWS DK
  • Handling internal HR inquiries via Helpdesk
  • Maintaining employee records in GWS system
  • Issuing cross border employment documentation
  • Providing administrative support to HR executives
  • Processing tasks within onboarding and offboarding

Requirements
Ideally, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in HR administrative tasks
  • Strong English skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Solution oriented and service minded approach
  • Very good organization and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
