As a vital part of our Global People Support Team, you’ll ensure seamless operations by handling essential employee documentation and providing hands-on support to both employees and managers. You will work with maintaining HR systems and tools.

Responsibilities
- Processing social security applications for employees hired in GWS DK
- Handling internal HR inquiries via Helpdesk
- Maintaining employee records in GWS system
- Issuing cross border employment documentation
- Providing administrative support to HR executives
- Processing tasks within onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
Ideally, you will have:
- Demonstrable experience in HR administrative tasks
- Strong English skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Solution oriented and service minded approach
- Very good organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
